7. Orders

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previously completed purchases.

10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, MAKDA does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind after delivery.
This includes situations where a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the product, or selects the incorrect age range, language or product, provided the product supplied matches the order placed.
However, this policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or materially different from the item ordered or its stated description, please contact us promptly.
UAE legislation specifically provides consumers purchasing through modern technology with return or price recovery rights in specified circumstances, including defective, incomplete, damaged or incorrectly described goods and certain qualifying delivery issues.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at k.h@makdastore.com.
We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply, subject always to applicable UAE consumer rights.
